This week in my elementary P.E. classes we will continue working on batting and fielding as part of our softball unit. Later in the week we will begin to play competitive games. My junior high classes are already playing softball games and are trying to earn a final mile pass for the year.
We will be running the mile this week on Wednesday as usual. . Make-up miles are available on Tuesdays and Fridays at the morning recess for the elementary students and on Tuesdays and Thursdays at lunch for junior high students.
We have over 1,063 new best times thus far. If you are able to donate Otter Pops, Gatorade, Ice Tickles and the like as rewards for student's who beat their best time, that would be greatly appreciated. We rely on your donations and the students really enjoy their rewards.
