Absolutely! On average, teachers manage planning lessons for multiple subjects depending on grade level, prepare materials to support these lessons and schedule assessments to ensure student comprehension. Additionally, they also maintain anecdotal notes for multiple students that include individual progress, modifications, accommodations and parent communication. That is a lot to keep track of!
Teacher planners provide a space to plan, prepare and schedule all in one convenient tool that does not rely on a battery to function! Having all of these important components in one convenient place that is always accessible can make short and long term planning more convenient, serve as a reference for critical reflection and maintain evidence of student learning that is crucial to differentiation.
Once you decide which content you would like in your planners, our team will get to work! Within approximately 2-3 weeks*, our team will put together your planner drafts, proofread them, and send them to you for review! If you’d like to add extra content or edit your current content, you can do so at this time.
Because the end of the school year is our busiest season, the earlier you order, the quicker the turnaround time will be. During peak season, it usually takes 2-3 weeks* to complete, but earlier on in the year, it’s much quicker.
*Timelines may be extended during our peak season between June and August

First, you will meet with a specialist who will guide you through the process. If you have any questions, they can answer them along with offering advice on how to develop an effective planner. Furthermore, we provide you with complete access to our page ideas library to save you time.
We will then have our specially trained team of designers design a planner that is uniquely yours. When the planner draft is complete, our proofreading team carefully checks for errors and edits accordingly.
Finally, our production team will work tirelessly to ensure your planners are manufactured to the highest standards.
